International transport
Nilex’s core business is the transportation of goods between Poland and Scandinavia. We mainly serve Sweden, but we also frequent Norway, Finland and Denmark. Traveling by ferry across the Baltic Sea is a daily bread for our drivers. They are also familiar with the peculiarities of driving in difficult terrain, with roads often snow-covered already in September. Snowdrifts and ice can be a nuisance, but Scandinavia can return the favor with beautiful aurora borealis.
We have a wealth of experience and can therefore ensure timely delivery of cargo, we are always on time. We have a well-equipped fleet, meeting Euro 6 standards. We carry goods in clean, well-maintained trailers, adapted to the needs of the cargo, such as trailers with a reinforced floor for paper. Read more about our fleet in the “Our Fleet” tab.
Domestic transportation
We handle the transportation of goods throughout the country: from the Baltic Sea to the peaks of the Tatra Mountains. The experience of our drivers guarantees timely delivery and safe transportation of cargo of various types.
Although we are specialized in transporting goods between Poland and Scandinavia and within and between Scandinavian countries, we do not close ourselves to new opportunities and experiences.
Every challenge is an opportunity to learn new skills.
Special transportation
Sometimes Nilex company performs some specialized transports. No transport is scary for us, so we are happy to take on new challenges.
This was also the case when we carried a power generator from Sweden to Przemysl in March 2022, after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. It was a gift from the Swedish Polish community. And we added a piece of goodness from ourselves, performing this transport charitably.
Spedition
In addition to transportation services, Nilex is engaged in freight forwarding. We have an extensive base of cooperating contractors, proven and experienced drivers who share our approach to transportation and the values that guide us. We use a trusted fleet of subcontractors with whom we have worked for years.
Thus, we mediate the flow of orders between companies, believing that cooperation builds a good working environment, not only for us, but for the entire transport industry.
